Online Order are My First Priority

Ordering online puts you to the top of the priority list; people who know what they want, have gone online, ordered and paid for their items expect and deserve my undivided attention.

So, while you are taking care of your order online, I am a busy bee in the background, making hats for previous clients, keeping an eye on inventory and supplies, pre-shrinking fabrics and getting shipments ready to go before the USPS driver arrives.

Phone orders are gladly taken and are added to the main ordering system at the time you call. Your order will be scheduled and ship as if it was placed online.

Payment Processing

PayPal  or Credit/Debit Cards are both easy and safe payments options. 

PayPal is probably the most popular, both for its reliability and security. No information is shared with me other than what is necessary to ship your order to you. 

Credit/Debit Cards are safe, secure and the process of making payments using credit cards is typically similar for all websites. They have a strong fraud protection feature. Further, it is pretty simple to reverse funds when a wrong transaction is made. No payment information is stored on site, no payment information is shared with me beyond what is needed to ship your order.

Ship Times

Expect your order to ship in about 4 weeks. It is what it is. Often more hats are ordered in a single day than I can possibly make in a single day. It takes time to prepare fabrics, cut, sew and package orders - rushing things is only going to create mistakes that cost both of us frustration, time and money. 

I'd really  prefer to get it right for you the first time. 

The Order Schedule is updated at least once a month and usually more - sometimes I have to wait for personal and family priorities to get scheduled before I can finish my work schedule. It is what it is, but it is a priority to get them shipped asap. 

*You will receive an email when the Order Schedule is updated - it will have your Order Number and a link so just click thru and check it out.

*You will receive an email when your order is packaged for USPS too. It will contain a tracking number and link as well. 

First Class Free Shipping is in transit for 5-7 mailing days. 

Priority Mail Free Shipping for packages weighting over 1 lb are in transit for 3-5 mailing days.
